Retreats & Sojourns

A sustained encounter with what becomes visible when ordinary momentum begins to quiet.

Daily life can keep us moving at a pace that leaves little room to hear what is beneath the surface. Retreats and sojourns create time away, not as an escape from life, but as a way of returning to it with greater presence.

The setting, rhythm, and duration vary. What remains consistent is a spacious interplay of dialogue, silence, embodied experience, nature, rest, and shared inquiry.

Retreats

Retreats offer a held experience around a particular inquiry. They may take place over a day, a weekend, or several days, with a rhythm shaped to the people, place, and intention.

Sojourns

Sojourns are not destinations, but brief, sacred pauses in the geography of the soul. They allow a landscape, fellow travelers, and spiritual or cultural encounters to become part of the journey. You will be a temporary guest in a world that is constantly shifting, and find a gentle anchoring for your spirit in a place, before Life calls you forward once more.

What the experience may include

Depending on the offering: guided inquiry, silence, meditation, time in nature, shared meals, individual reflection, creative practice, music, poetry, movement, or conversation with invited artists and practitioners.

What you may carry home

What you carry home isn't scripted in advance. You may leave with greater clarity, a renewed relationship to what matters, an insight that illuminates a new dimension of life, or a quieter, more profound capacity to be with your life as it is.
