How do we live profoundly?
Ginkoh is an invitation to become more available. To Life. To Love. To the quiet intelligence that is always inviting us into a fuller way of being.
A different place to begin
We are often asked to become more certain, more accomplished, or more in control. Yet some of life’s most consequential moments ask something else of us: to listen more deeply, to see clearly, and to become available to what is here.
Ginkoh offers spaces for people who want to meet life and leadership from a deeper place. Through one-to-one accompaniment, circles, retreats, sojourns, and creative work, we enter a shared inquiry into how we are within, and how that shapes the way we live, love, lead, and serve.
Who we are within is bound to find expression in how we live, love, and lead.
Leadership takes shape through far more than our decisions and visible actions. It lives in the texture of our attention, the way we meet uncertainty, how we hold power, what we make possible around us, and the many subtle ways we respond to the ever-changing circumstances of our world.
Anyone who has led or been led will, sooner or later, come to know that the way we lead cannot truly transform unless we are willing to turn inward and attend to our own way of being.
Ginkoh accompanies people who sense that how we are within and how we participate in the world are not separate, but belong to the same unfolding.
